Cookies
This site uses no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. There are no analytics, advertising or profiling tools, and no buttons or embedded content from social networks. For this reason the site shows no banner.
Resources
Typefaces, images and audio tracks are hosted on this domain. Browsing the site sends no requests to other servers, with the single exception of the weather data described below.
Browsing data
Like every website, the server hosting these pages (DreamHost) records some connection data in its technical logs: IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type. These data serve the operation and security of the site, are not used to identify visitors and are deleted periodically by the provider.
The legal basis is the legitimate interest in keeping the site working and secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). DreamHost is based in the United States: the data transfer relies on the safeguards provided by Articles 45 and 46 GDPR.
Weather data
The pages with the animated network ask the free Open-Meteo service for the current wind speed in Milan, which modulates the movement of the network. The request is sent by your browser: as with any web connection, Open-Meteo receives the IP address, with no other personal data and no cookies.
The legal basis is the legitimate interest in running the site's animated network in real time (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
If you write to me, I use your address and the content of your message only to reply and to continue the correspondence. I do not share them with third parties and do not use them for promotional mailings. The legal basis is your own request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
External links
Links to other sites (magazines, archives, profiles, publishers) lead to pages with their own privacy rules, which this site does not control.
Your rights
You can ask at any time for access to your data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, and you can object to processing (Articles 15 to 21 GDPR), by writing to the address above. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
